Board of Revision

Property owners who do not agree with the valuation of their property may file a complaint with the Board of Revision (BOR) once every three years between January 1 and March 31. The BOR is comprised of the County Auditor, County Treasurer, and a member of the Board of County Commissioners. Once the complaint is received by the BOR, a hearing will be scheduled. Please keep in mind the BOR hears complaints about property values, not the tax dollars you pay.
